Please upgrade to a supported Windows operating system and update E-Transcript Manager or Reporter Edition applications to version 9.6.

Welcome to the E-Transcript Reporter Edition home page. To activate your Reporter Edition, you must be invited by a reporting agency using E-Transcript Manager. This will create a mailbox to which you can deliver transcripts.
